Paula Salanitri gives another informative recap, this time of day 2, the end of the  first 24 hours on the Herbalife 30 Day Diet.


The shakes come in various flavors and right  now she is using French Vanilla.  The  shakes can be mixed with low fat milk but because Paula is not a milk drinker  she has been making her shakes with Sunny D.   Sunny D comes in two flavors, original orange juice flavor and an Orange  Strawberry flavor.  Both work great!  Here’s one of her recipes:

  • 8 ounces  Original Sunny DHerbalife Shake
  • 2 scoops of French Vanilla Herbalife Formula 1 shake mix
  • ½ banana
  • ¼ teaspoon Herbal Tea Supplement
  • 8 oz crushed ice

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until thick and frosty and enjoy!

While on the Herbalife 30 Day Diet  Paula Salanitri
explains how to weigh daily and measure weekly.
Weekly measurements help keep you motivated when the scale may move
slowly.  Paula suggests measuring at the
beginning of the plan your breasts, chest (area under breasts on rib cage),
waist, tummy, hips, thigh, calf and arm.
Keep these measurements on the side and once per week re-measure and
compare the inches lost with the weight loss.
